Every delivery has
a little journey.
Here’s how to follow yours, and what to do if you need a hand along the way.
Where do I find my delivery?
Open the tracking link shared by your sender. You can also paste that link into the tracking box on our home page. Keep your link handy: it takes you straight to the latest update.
Will my tracking page update?
Yes. While your page is open and connected, it checks for updates automatically. You can also tap the small refresh icon on your delivery card. If your connection drops, you’ll see the last saved update until you’re connected again.
What time will it arrive?
Your delivery page shows the current estimated arrival. All times are shown in New York time. Arrival times are estimates and can change; if the estimate has passed, keep an eye on the page for a fresh update.
What do the delivery stages mean?
Scheduled means a delivery has been planned for you. Being prepared means it’s getting ready. On the way means the delivery journey has started, and almost there means arrival is getting close. Delivered means the arrival has been confirmed.
When can I open my note?
If your sender added a note, you’ll see a little sealed message on your tracking page. Once your delivery is marked delivered, you can open it. Some words are worth waiting for.
Can someone else see my tracking page?
Your tracking link is unique to your delivery. Anyone you share that link with can view its updates and, after arrival, its note. Your phone number and email address are kept off the tracking page.
